Shipping Policy

At Disqant, we want to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship. 

IMPORTANT FOR EU BUYERS

As of 1 July 2026, the EU removed the €150 duty-free threshold on parcels from outside the EU. This means all low-value parcels — including ours — now carry a flat customs duty (currently around €3–5 per item) plus standard VAT, applied at delivery. This is an EU-wide regulation affecting all overseas online purchases, not something specific to us. Your local post office may also charge a small handling fee on collection.

We're not able to predict or control the exact amount, as it depends on your country's customs office. If a package isn't collected and gets returned to us due to unpaid fees, we're unable to refund the original shipping cost.

We ship via a tracked international method (DDU – Delivery Duty Unpaid). This means the price you pay at checkout covers the product and shipping, but not any customs duties, taxes, or import fees charged when your parcel enters your country.

Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Times
We currently ship to the United Kingdom only. Estimated delivery times are 7–14 business days from the date of dispatch, depending on your location and the supplier.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occasionally occur due to customs, carrier issues, or circumstances outside our control.

Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and location.

Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at disqant01@gmail.com and we will do our best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
