How long does delivery take?
We ship across the UK. Standard delivery takes 5–10 business days depending on your location and the supplier.
How do I return an item?
Under UK consumer rights you have 14 days from receiving your order to return it. Items must be unworn and in original condition. Contact us at support@disqant.com to start a return.
Who pays for return shipping?
If you changed your mind, return shipping costs are your responsibility. If the item is faulty or incorrect, we cover the return costs.
Can I exchange an item?
We don't offer direct exchanges. Simply return the item and place a new order for the size or colour you need.
How do I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number by email.
